Ruth Broderick

Ruth Broderick has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Most recently, they worked at Tide as the Head of Product, a role they assumed in July 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Lead Product Manager at Tide from September 2021 to July 2023.

Before joining Tide, Ruth worked at FreeAgent, where they held various product management roles. Ruth started as a Sales Assistant at The Fordingbridge Bookshop in June 2005 and worked there until September 2008. Ruth then joined Hector Russell as a Sales Assistant from July 2010 to April 2012.

In 2012, Ruth transitioned to the financial sector and joined Standard Life as a Sales and Marketing Graduate Trainee. From there, they progressed to roles such as Proposition Architect and Senior Digital Product Owner, taking on responsibilities that involved solving complex problems and leading innovative digital journeys for customers. Their tenure at Standard Life lasted from September 2012 to December 2016.

Throughout their career, Ruth has demonstrated a strong background in product management, with experience in guiding digital transformations and maximizing business outcomes.

Ruth Broderick attended The University of Edinburgh from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a degree in Mathematics. Ruth obtained additional certifications including a Certificate in Financial Planning from the Chartered Insurance Institute in October 2014 and a Manager Foundation Accelerator from The Mintable in June 2022.
