Sudhanshu Kwatra

Sudhanshu Kwatra has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Sudhanshu is currently working as a Lead Product Manager at Tide since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Finastra as a Senior Product Manager from 2019 to 2022. At Vitality, they held the position of Senior Product Manager from 2018 to 2019 where they successfully launched various digital solutions and managed the Go Green initiative. Sudhanshu also worked at Santander UK as an Innovation Manager from 2012 to 2018, where they led the implementation of APIs, delivered digital solutions, and worked on Apple Pay. Before that, they served as a Consultant at Accenture for a brief period in 2011, where they worked on retail banking products for Lloyds Banking Group. Sudhanshu's previous experience also includes the roles of Business Consulting Manager at Santander UK from 2008 to 2011, where they managed integration activities and implemented a portfolio management tool, and VP, Business Transformation at HSBC from 2005 to 2008, where they delivered continuous improvement projects and mentored Lean Six Sigma projects. Sudhanshu began their career as an Assistant Manager at GE from 2001 to 2005.

Sudhanshu Kwatra has a Higher National Diploma in Computer Software Engineering from the National Institute of Information Technology. Sudhanshu also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Economics from the University of Delhi.

In addition to their formal education, Sudhanshu has obtained several certifications including Agile Foundation from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, Six Sigma Black Belt from HSBC, and Six Sigma Green Belt from GE.
