Elana Pollak

Elana Pollak currently serves as the Director of People & Talent at BlueMark and Tideline, where Elana focuses on enhancing impact and sustainable investing through strategic people management. With extensive experience in organizational development, Pollak has held multiple leadership roles at Educate!, including Director of People, Talent & HR and People & Global HR Lead, where significant contributions were made towards building a global talent function and achieving substantial revenue growth. Prior to Educate!, Pollak worked as a Project Management Consultant at Consilio LLC, a Pro Bono Consultant for UNICEF, and a Complex Commercial Litigation Associate at Weil Gotshal and Manges, advising Fortune 500 companies. Pollak's educational background includes a J.D. from Columbia Law School and an M.S.S.W. from Columbia University School of Social Work.
