Kaitlyn Fitzsimmons is currently an analyst at Tideline, but they have also worked as an ESG Investment Analyst at Gitterman Wealth Management and as a summer associate at Cohen & Steers. Kaitlyn has also been very involved in sustainability, serving as Head of Sustainability for the Washington and Lee Mock Convention.

Kaitlyn Fitzsimmons has always been interested in sustainability and environmental issues. In college, they interned with the Sierra Club, where they helped to organize environmental campaigns and events. Kaitlyn also studied abroad in Costa Rica, where they learned about sustainable development and the importance of protecting the environment.

After graduation, Kaitlyn worked as a summer associate at Cohen & Steers, where they researched trends in the investment management industry in response to growing interest in ESG investing. Kaitlyn then took a position as an ESG Investment Analyst at Gitterman Wealth Management, where they helped to develop and implement the firm's SMART Investing Services.

In their current role as an analyst at Tideline, Kaitlyn is responsible for conducting research on a variety of topics related to sustainable investing. Kaitlyn also works with clients to help them make more informed investment decisions that take into account both financial and environmental considerations.

Kaitlyn Fitzsimmons has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Environmental Studies from Washington and Lee University. Kaitlyn also has a degree in Sustainable Development in Northern Europe from DIS - Study Abroad. Kaitlyn is currently pursuing their Accounting and Finance degree from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
