Ngoc (“Jade”) Huynh is a Senior Analyst focusing on project research and client engagement support. She joined Tideline in April 2022.

Prior to joining Tideline, Jade managed the Syria portfolio at USAID’s Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance. She oversaw a nearly one-billion-dollar portfolio of grants addressing the needs of conflict-affected persons in Syria, Jordan, Turkey, and Egypt. At USAID, Jade specialized in protracted crises, strategy creation, portfolio design, monitoring and evaluation, and grants management. Prior to this, she interned with the International Catholic Migration Commission and the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau for Population, Refugees, and Migration, focusing on direct assistance to refugees and asylum-seekers in various disaster contexts.

Jade holds an MSc in Refugee and Forced Migration Studies from the University of Oxford (St. Antony’s College) and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania, where she majored in Modern Middle Eastern Studies.
