THE MODEL
Our model establishes skills training and IT operations centers in rural communities where unemployment and demand for opportunity is highest. These people are trained, then based on successful completion  of the training program, they are hired and employed immediately. TideRise partners with leading international clients to deliver reliable, quality, innovative work, helping them to be efficiently competitive, and CSR leaders in their respective industries
