Justin Kay

Justin Kay is an experienced professional in corporate social impact and nonprofit management, currently serving as an Associate at Tides since May 2022. As Co-Founder of umttr, an initiative promoting a compassionate culture among young adults, Justin has been instrumental in fundraising and community engagement. Previous roles include Program Associate at Arabella Advisors, where Justin managed a portfolio of fiscal sponsorships, and Program Coordinator at Voyage, focusing on youth empowerment through workforce development. Justin's leadership experience extends to serving as President of the Pi Kappa Alpha International Fraternity, where significant philanthropic achievements were made.
