Gerard Salvo

Gerard Salvo has over 30 years of experience in human resources. Gerard started their career at G.H. Bass & Co. in 1989, where they worked as a Manager in Recruitment & Employee Relations until 1996. Gerard then joined Foreside Company LLC as a Human Resources Manager from 1996 to 2003. After that, they worked at Coastal Enterprises Inc. as a Workforce Solutions Director & HR Manager from 2005 to 2015. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Human Resources at TideSmart Global since 2015.

Gerard Salvo holds a Master's Degree in Adult Education/Human Resources from the University of Southern Maine. Gerard also earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the same university. In addition, Gerard holds certifications including SHRM-SCP from SHRM and SPHR from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
