Kodi Fleming

Kodi Fleming, MPA has extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. Currently, Kodi works at Tidewater Community College as the Associate Vice President for Professional Development. Kodi Fleming, MPA, holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology, Pre-Med from Elizabeth City State University, earned between 2000 and 2004. From 2015 to 2017, Kodi attended Old Dominion University to obtain a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Public Administration. Most recently, Kodi pursued a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Community College Leadership at Old Dominion University from 2023 to 2026.
