Flor de María Domínguez Rodríguez Gil

Flor de María Domínguez Rodríguez Gil has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Flor de María began their career at Promoción y Control, S.A. de C.V. as a Project Leader in Mexico City from 1985 to 1994. Flor de María then worked at Transiciel as a Project Leader in Paris, France from 1995 to 1999. Flor later joined CAST as a Senior Consultant in Paris, France, where they successfully executed technical consulting projects and contributed to the global financial consolidation of the LVMH Group from 1999 to 2011. Flor de María continued their career at Maxcom as an IT Infrastructure Manager, responsible for maintaining the availability of corporate IT and television platforms. From 2014 to 2016, Flor worked at INFONAVIT, first as a Process and Compliance Manager of the Business Intelligence Center and then as an IT Infrastructure Engineering Manager. Flor de María joined Philip Morris México in 2016 as an IS Manager, where they managed the deployment and support of global technology solutions and services. Currently, Flor is employed at Tideworks Technology as the Regional Director Information Technology LATAM, overseeing IT Field Services for multinational operations critical to international cargo trade in Latin America.

Flor de María Domínguez Rodríguez Gil has a Master's degree in Information Technologies Service Management from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México, which they obtained from 2014 to 2016. Flor de María also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computerized Systems from the same university, which they completed from 1982 to 1986. Flor de María obtained a preparatory degree from Universidad Latinoamericana, S.C. from 1979 to 1982. Additionally, they have a Cambridge Proficiency English Certification from the University of Cambridge, which was completed by 2011. Flor de María has a Diplôme de Francais (6 years) in French Language and Literature from Alliance Francaise, where they studied from 1987 to 1993. Currently, they are pursuing a Goethe-Zertifikat B1 in German Language from Goethe Institut Mexiko starting in 2021 and expected to complete in 2022. Flor de María has also obtained additional certifications including the IIBA Academic Certificate from IIBA in 2016 and the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from EXIN in 2015.
