Andrzej Jagielski

Andrzej Jagielski has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Andrzej is currently the Head of Product Design at Tidio since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a UX Lecturer at Akademia Leona Koźmińskiego and as a UX/UI Lecturer at Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa we Wrocławiu, where they taught courses on user experience design and IT processes.

From 2019 to 2022, Andrzej held multiple roles at EY, including Assistant Director, Experience Lead, and Assistant Director, UX Architect. In these positions, they were responsible for managing user experience processes, leading UX teams, and evangelizing the importance of user experience to business stakeholders.

Earlier in their career, Andrzej worked as a Freelance Product Designer, creating digital solutions and brand identity elements for various companies. Andrzej also worked as a UX Prototype Developer at Ryanair, where they created interactive prototypes and collaborated with design teams.

Additionally, Andrzej gained experience as a Manager, UX Design, Lead UX Designer, and UX Designer at Infor, where they were responsible for establishing user experience processes, managing products, recruiting and mentoring designers, and running UX activities in multiple projects.

Andrzej's work experience also includes roles as a UX/UI Lecturer at Collegium Da Vinci and as a Web/UI Designer at Agencja Interaktywna ADream. Andrzej began their career as a Graphic Designer/Web Developer at Point Black, where they were responsible for website development, creating logos, and designing promotional materials.

Throughout their career, Andrzej has demonstrated expertise in user experience design, product management, teaching, and mentoring.

Andrzej Jagielski earned their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a focus on Computer Software Engineering from the Krakow University of Economics from 2012 to 2015. In 2014, they obtained a certification as a Cloud Expert from Comarch ERP.
