Olek Potrykus has been the Head of Customer Experience at Tidio since October 2014. Prior to that, Olek worked as a Sales Representative at PepsiCo from May 2013 to December 2013. Olek is focused on ensuring customer satisfaction and scaling customer service operations efficiently. At Tidio, Olek has successfully scaled the Customer Service organization and maintained a high CSAT score, while also prioritizing team satisfaction. At PepsiCo, Olek excelled as the youngest sales representative in Poland, maintaining strong client relationships and consistently exceeding sales goals.
