Freddy Torres

Freddy Torres currently serves as the Head of Change Management for Digital Transformation at Organización Soriana since March 2022. Previously, Torres was a Continuous Improvement Manager at Anheuser-Busch InBev from March 2020 to October 2022 and held the position of Chief Operations Officer at AIM Manager SpA from March 2017 to March 2020. Earlier roles include Customer Experience Manager at MANAGING SERVICES MEXIS and Manager of Organizational Development at Aeromexico, focusing on organizational development and social responsibility initiatives. Torres is pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management at Universidad Humanitas, expected to be completed in August 2025.
