Mats Mikalsen Kristensen

Mats Mikalsen Kristensen is an accomplished aviation professional with extensive experience in leadership and flight operations. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Tiepoint since April 2022, Mats previously held the position of Vice President Unmanned and RPAS Operation Manager at Andøya Space from April 2015 to June 2022. Additional experience includes piloting at BABCOCK SCANDINAVIAN AIR AMBULANCE AB and Lufttransport AS, as well as leadership roles in RPAS committees with Norsk Flygerforbund. Mats has served as a Certified Flight Instructor at both UiT - The Arctic University of Norway and Pilot Flight Academy. Academically, Mats holds an MBA in Aviation Management from Nord University and commercial pilot qualifications from Pilot Flight Academy.
