Andrey Ovcharov

Andrey Ovcharov is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in leading and developing high-quality software solutions. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Team Lead at TIER Mobility since July 2022, Andrey manages a team of engineers while collaborating with product management to ensure successful product delivery. Prior roles include Senior Software Engineer positions at IBM and Instana, and foundational experience as the founder of URU Auth. Andrey also held key technical positions at InfluencerDB, trivago, creox interactive, bloopark systems GmbH & Co. KG, Spectraweb, and Acronis, demonstrating a robust skill set in both frontend and backend development, project management, and team leadership. An alumnus of the Moscow Institute of Electronics and Mathematics, Andrey holds a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics.
