Billy Ryan Michael Roan started their career as a Line Chef at Jom Makan Restaurant, where Billy Ryan Michael learned the basics of cooking. Billy Ryan Michael then went on to work as a Private Chef, Kitchen Manager/Head Chef, and Retail Services Manager for ISS Facility Services UK. Billy Ryan Michael transitioned to a Chef Manager role at BaxterStorey and later became a Director at Tanpuluts UK, providing Asian street food via Uber Eats. Currently, Billy Ryan Michael serves as a Catering Manager at BaxterStorey and Ardent Talent at Tier One Entertainment, casting remotely to the Philippines from the UK. Additional experience includes training under AMPLFY Academy at Tier One Entertainment.
