Dexter Ding is an accomplished creative professional with extensive experience in integrated business leadership and design direction. Currently serving as Integrated Business Unit Head and Program Director for Tier One Entertainment, Dexter oversees original IPs and live events while enhancing creative campaigns for a diverse client base. Previously, Dexter held key roles at Glue Up as Design Director, where a successful rebranding initiative was implemented, and at OLIVER Agency, leading design teams for various high-profile brands. Additional experience includes creative consulting for notable clients at Omnisource International and executive production roles at Back2Back Multimedia Productions, contributing to projects for major brands such as Starbucks and Netflix. Dexter's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of San Carlos.
