Travis Richter

Travis Richter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in multimedia development and design. Currently serving as Solutions Director at Tier One Solutions since October 2024, Travis has also been the President and Founder of Off The Richter Design since August 2008, leading a full-service firm that delivers strategic solutions across various sectors including Agriculture, Construction, and Education. Prior experience includes serving as an Instructional Designer at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota, where project management and the implementation of a document management system were key responsibilities. Travis has held roles such as Technical Animator and Webmaster at Multi Technical Publication Services, Inc., and Web Development Manager at Office Sign Company, demonstrating a strong background in web presence management and interactive design. Earlier experience includes an internship as a Graphic Designer at Newman Signs Inc. Travis holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with an emphasis in Multimedia from Minnesota State University Moorhead, completed in 2013.
