Alicia Ostermeier

Alicia is most energized by helping others do great work. She’s just as happy strategizing at the organizational level as she is managing the more tactical challenges of building training programs – whatever the business needs to help people grow.

Alicia has 15 years of experience in the training and learning design field, including nearly a decade of direct consulting experience with Fortune 500-sized corporate clients. A combination of diverse on-the-job experience and formal education (a master’s degree in instructional systems technology plus a PHR Certification) has given her a well-rounded view of how theory and application tie together to enable effective learning solutions and overall human development.

Alicia has managed complex projects, led project teams, and provided instructional design expertise to clients in support of goals like improved productivity, reduced costs, increased sales, employee engagement, and more. She hopes to always keep learning, and to share that learning in a way that makes a positive impact on her clients and colleagues.
