With 10 years of people and organizational performance experience, Jen has supported the strategy development and execution of complex global changes. She has supported the design, development and delivery of various change needs including large system implementations, role and process training, executive workshop facilitation and change enablement. Primarily working in the automotive and pharmaceutical industries, Jen understands the unique challenges and transformations these industries are experiencing.
