Unlocking creativity in others with confidence and warmth by holding space for people to work through blockers. Kaitrin has a knack for distilling ideas and juggling priorities in a way that brings people into the process of keeping projects moving.

Kaitrin is passionate about many kinds of performance, including musical and theatrical. Currently Kaitrin serves on the board of directors as secretary of MUSE, Cincinnati’s Women’s Choir, as well as being a singing member of the choir (Soprano I).
