Kelly Melton

Kelly enjoys leading and motivating cross-functional teams to ensure they are reaching their greatest potential through positivity, building company culture, and finding unique ways to ensure healthy work-life balance. She does all this while making sure the team’s projects are on-strategy, under-budget, and on-time.

Kelly brings nine years of project management experience to her role at TiER1. While still a student, she landed a part-time gig with a local marketing agency. That job led to several successful years in marketing project management, where she became a pro at planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of media, branding, and content-based projects. She brings a knack for balancing client desires, budgets, time constraints, and team member experience to every project she leads.
