Before coming to TiER1, Mike worked in private equity and founded a nonprofit organization called Empowering Others International.

Creativity, strong leadership, and a passion for better performance to everything he does.

When Mike isn’t building TiER1’s client base, he serves as a board member for an organization that works with at-risk youth in Chicago’s public school system.
