Olivia is passionate about leveraging collaboration and human-centered design to drive transformational change.
Olivia is currently pursuing her M.S. in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University. She completed her Bachelor of Arts, double-majoring in Sociology/Anthropology and Dance, with a minor in Studio Art from Denison University. Through her previous roles working in Training/Development and Organizational Effectiveness, she has experience diagnosing organizational needs, developing new learning systems, onboarding processes, performance management systems, and creating talent development initiatives.
