Hanna Richards

Hanna Richards has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Hanna currently works as a Talent and Operations Coordinator at Tier4 Group, a woman-owned and diversity-certified talent acquisition firm. In this role, they use advanced recruitment automation and a personalized approach to connect exceptional talent with top-tier employers. Before joining Tier4 Group, Hanna worked at MATRIX Resources, where they held various positions. From 2018 to 2021, they served as a Proposal Manager, overseeing the development and submission of proposals. Prior to that, they worked as a Proposal Analyst from 2012 to 2018, and as a Marketing & Event Specialist from 2010 to 2011. Hanna also gained experience as a PR/Marketing Intern at the Atlanta Botanical Garden in 2010, and as an Intern at the Perimeter Community Improvement District in 2009.

Hanna Richards attended Georgia Southern University from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a focus on Public Relations.
