Kim Kilgoar

Kim Kilgoar has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Kim started their career at Randstad as a Senior Recruiter and later joined Spherion as a Business Development Manager, where they uncovered new staffing opportunities and grew business in established national accounts. Kim then worked at Paradigm Recruiting Associates as a Consultant, specializing in placing Supply Chain, Engineering, Technical, Financial, and Professional talent. After that, they joined Impellam Group as an RPO Recruiter Lead, responsible for full cycle recruitment and daily management of recruiting activities. Currently, they are working at Tier4 Group (Robinson Key) as the Director of Recruiting Strategy & Delivery, focusing on connecting exceptional talent with top-tier employers. Throughout their career, Kim has maintained strong relationships with hiring managers and demonstrated expertise in sourcing, recruiting, and successful candidate onboarding.

Kim Kilgoar holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services with a concentration in Case Management from Kennesaw State University. In addition, Kim possesses a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification.
