Krystina Morgan

Krystina Morgan has a diverse work experience in the fields of technical recruiting and marine mammal training. Krystina'smost recent role is as a Technical Recruiter at Tier4 Group, a woman-owned and diversity-certified talent acquisition firm. Prior to this, they worked as a Technical Recruiter at eHire and Apex Systems.

Before transitioning into the recruiting field, Krystina had extensive experience in the marine mammal industry. Krystina worked as an Assistant Trainer at the Georgia Aquarium and as a Marine Mammal Assistant Trainer III at SAIC, where they were responsible for the care and training of dolphins and sea lions. Krystina also had a brief role as an Educator III at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment.

Krystina began their career as a Marine Mammal Professional Intern at Walt Disney World. Throughout their roles, they gained experience in various areas such as animal training, behavior management, and maintenance of animal facilities.

Krystina Morgan received their Bachelor's degree in Marine Biology from Saint Francis University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their degree, they also obtained certifications such as Rescue Diver from NAUI Worldwide in March 2013 and Diving First Aid for the Professional Diver Provider from Divers Alert Network in March 2017.
