Maija Mansikkala

Maija Mansikkala has extensive experience in user experience and design across various organizations. Currently serving as a Käytettävyysasiantuntija at Tiera Oy since October 2024, Maija previously held the position of UX Design Lead at Prog-It from June 2022 to October 2024, focusing on UX/UI design for mobile and web applications along with usability analysis and software testing. Earlier roles include UX Design Lead at Greip IP Solutions and Senior Design Researcher at Digitalist Group & Network, where Maija contributed to service design following the acquisition of Cresense. Maija began the career as a Designer/IT at Skanska Oy and has a Master of Science in Information Networks from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan, completed in 2007.
