Connie E. is an accomplished business owner and leader in the culinary tourism industry as the founder and CEO of Mexican Food Tours, the premier cooking classes and food tour company in Mexico City, operating since June 2012. Additionally, Connie serves as a co-owner of Grupo Rexa, a family business established in 2002 that specializes in constructing and selling warehouses and industrial buildings to AAA companies in Mexico. Previous experience includes a marketing role at BBVA en México, where high-value marketing strategies were implemented, and a senior consultant position at Deloitte, focusing on market demand surveys for consulting services.
