Shoaib Rafique

Shoaib Rafique is the Founder & CEO of TIERS Limited, a technology consulting firm. Shoaib also serves as a General Member at PAFLA, a support system for independent workers, a Student Ambassador at Alma Mater Studiorum - Università di Bologna, a Program Officer - Education at Community Development and Sustainability Organization (CDS), and a University Representative at Islamic Cooperation Youth Forum (ICYF). Additionally, Shoaib is a General Member at Global Youth Association and Volunteer Force Pakistan, an International Volunteer at the United Nations, a Volunteer Assistant at MilKar.com, and a Software Engineer at Upwork. Shoaib holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in High Performance Computing Engineering from Politecnico di Milano. Moreover, Shoaib completed the Aspire Leaders Program in Leadership & Management from Harvard University.
