Jovana Rotula

Jovana Rotula co-founded TieTalent in 2017 and served as the COO. TieTalent is a tech-focused job platform in Switzerland. Jovana was responsible for matching IT and digital marketing talents with companies using a combination of artificial intelligence and human expertise. In 2018, Jovana became a laureate of Réseau Entreprendre Suisse Romande. In 2020, they worked as a judge for MassChallenge Switzerland. Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, they worked in marketing for Starbucks at M. H. Alshaya Co. from February 2015 to July 2015.

Jovana Rotula has a strong educational background in hospitality administration management. Jovana obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Hospitality Administration Management from EHL, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended Colegio Franklin Delano Roosevelt (FDR), The American School of Lima, from 2010 to 2012, where they completed their International Baccalaureate (IB) in high school. Jovana began their secondary education at Escuela Campo Alegre (ECA), The American School of Caracas, from 2008 to 2010, earning high school/secondary diplomas and certificates.

In addition to their academic achievements, Jovana has also obtained several certifications. In November 2016, they received a Diploma in Digital Marketing from Shaw Academy. Jovana also completed courses in Growth Hacking Fundamentals and Lead Generation Fundamentals, which were obtained from LinkedIn in the same month and year.
