Bjørn Haug

Bjørn Haug has extensive work experience in project management and leadership roles. Bjørn is currently working as a Lead Project Manager at TietoEVRY since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Santander Consumer Bank - Nordics as a Project Execution/Senior Program Manager from 2019 to 2021, where they implemented a portfolio management tool and improved data quality. From 2015 to 2019, they served as a Senior Program Manager at Tata Consultancy Services, where they managed various offshore initiatives for a leading bank. Before that, they worked at EVRY Norge as Head of Projects and Project Director, overseeing PMO activities and managing large-scale projects. Bjørn also held managerial positions at ErgoGroup and Manpower, and technical roles at Bergman Systems and Norsk Data. Bjørn's experience spans across multiple industries and includes expertise in project management methodologies and portfolio reporting.

Bjørn Haug holds an Engineer's degree in Teknisk kybernetikk (cybernetics) from Oslo and Akershus University College, which they obtained from 1983 to 1985. Bjørn pursued further education at BI Norwegian Business School, where they completed various programs such as Strategic management (2002-2003), Change management (2001-2002), and IT management (1997-1998). Additionally, Haug obtained a degree in Business administration (Bedriftsøkonom) from BI Norwegian Business School, which they completed from 1991 to 1995. In terms of certifications, they hold a PMP certification from PMI, obtained in December 2002, and they have recently earned the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in 2022. Haug also attended Luftforsvarets befalsskole (NCO school) from 1981 to 1982, where they obtained the rank of Sergeant with a focus on Administration.
