Heikki Alho

Heikki Alho has a strong background in IT and business development, with over 20 years of experience. Heikki started their career as a trainee at the Finnish Border Guard, where they worked on small database applications. Heikki then worked as a software developer and project manager at Avancer. After that, they joined Tieto and held various roles, including Business Development Manager for the Logistics Business Unit and Customer Director for Itella. Heikki was also the Director of R&L Baltics, where they established the retail and logistics business in the Baltic region. Heikki later became the Head of Operations for Retail, Logistics, and Services at Tieto. In 2016, they became the Director of Microsoft Dynamics at Tieto, responsible for the global business of Dynamics and CRM. Heikki then moved on to become the Head of Microsoft Dynamics Global at Tietoevry and is currently the Head of Microsoft Business Applications at Tietoevry Tech Services. In this role, they lead a team of almost 300 experts across multiple countries, focusing on services for customers primarily in Northern Europe.

Heikki Alho completed their secondary education at Mikkelin Yhteiskoulun lukio from 1987 to 1989. Heikki then pursued their higher education at the University of Helsinki from 1989 to 1999, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Information Technology.
