Hrishikesh Kale

Hrishikesh Kale has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Hrishikesh started their career as a Finance Executive at Bharat Forge in 1997. Hrishikesh then worked as a Business Analyst at Selectica from 2000 to 2004, where they were responsible for designing various modules for the Group Health Care Insurance sector in the USA. Hrishikesh joined HSBC Global Technology India in 2004 as a Lead Business Analyst, where they played a key role in the JV start-up team at Canara HSBC Oriental Life Insurance Company. In 2008, they joined Tieto as a Product Owner and BA Head for their Life Insurance System, and later moved to Barclays Technology Center in Pune as a Product Manager in 2012. Currently, Hrishikesh is working at TietoEVRY since 2012 as a Principal Business Analyst, where they are involved in building the Insurance COE and implementing insurance solutions in Europe.

Hrishikesh Kale has a CIMA Dip MA from CIMA-UK, as well as a Certified Treasury Manager certification. Hrishikesh also holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in the field of financial services. Additionally, they have a Fellow Life Insurance Management Institute (FLMI) degree in life insurance and an Associate Insurance Institute of India degree from the Insurance Institute of India. Hrishikesh also has certifications in SCJP and SCWCD.
