Patrik Wåhlin

VP & Global Head Of HR Tietoevry Banking at Tietoevry

Patrik Wåhlin has extensive work experience in HR roles. Patrik began their career as an HR-Coordinator/Project Leader at the City of Stockholm from 2001 to 2004. Patrik then worked as an HR-Manager at the Swedish Tax Agency's HQ from 2005 to 2007, where they were responsible for the Head Office and executive recruitments. Afterwards, Wåhlin joined the Swedish Enforcement Authority's HQ as an HR-Manager in 2008, overseeing the Enforcement Division and focusing on talent management and employer branding. Patrik then transitioned to PwC Sweden, where they held various HR leadership roles from 2009 to 2016. At PwC, they served as HR-Leader for two out of three service lines and as HR Firm Service Leader, managing HR services, performance management, and compensation/benefits. In 2017, Wåhlin joined Ericsson as Head of HR, Networks Sweden, responsible for the largest business area in Sweden with around 7,400 employees. Currently, they hold the positions of VP & Head of HR Sweden and VP & Global Head of HR Tietoevry Banking at Tietoevry, starting in 2019 and 2021 respectively.

Patrik Wåhlin obtained their Degree of Master of Science in Business Administration from Linköping University, specializing in psychology, law, IT, and economics. Patrik also studied political science at Lund University and IT & Applied Systems Science at Mälardalen University.
