Pirja Heiskanen

Pirja Heiskanen is the Head of Data & AI at Tietoevry Transform since January 2022 and has been with Futurice since 2014, currently serving as Director of Data-Enabled Strategy and Operations. At Futurice, a digital engineering and innovation consultancy, Pirja has played a key role in managing significant growth and scaling operations. Additionally, Pirja is a member of the Board of Directors at Helen, one of Finland's largest energy companies, and previously held similar positions at Kauko Oy. Earlier roles include Vice President at Fortum, overseeing Trading and Industrial Intelligence and Portfolio Management in Russia, as well as active involvement in TGC-1's Business Strategy Committee. Pirja holds a Master's degree in Engineering Physics and Mathematics and a Ph.D. in Economics.
