Oula Hallman

Oula Hallman currently serves as Chief Executive Officer at Tietoturvatoimisto Monti since March 2022. Previous experience includes roles as Account Manager at 2NS - Second Nature Security Oy from 2019 to January 2021 and as a Worker for the Finnish Government in 2018. Oula has also worked as a Consultant at Eurofacts Oy from December 2015 to May 2018, focusing on Public Affairs & Communications, and held a position in Product Development and Sales at Demos Effect in 2015. Oula’s early career involved research and communications as an Assistant at Eurofacts Oy from 2013 to 2015. Educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Helsinki, an exchange program in International Relations and Affairs at Saint Petersburg State University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Helsinki.
