Rick Morgan

Rick Morgan, CFA, serves as the Executive Director of Private Investments at TIFF Investment Management since September 2019. Previously, Rick held the position of Senior Investment Analyst at New Mountain Capital from January 2012 to June 2019, where responsibilities included sourcing and recommending equity investments, leading due diligence efforts, and collaborating with private equity teams. Experience also includes a role as Senior Research Analyst at Talpion Fund Management LP, and as an Equity Analyst at Iron Horse Capital, contributing to fund growth and co-founding Alicanto Capital. Rick began the career as a Financial Analyst in Mergers & Acquisitions at Merrill Lynch. Educational qualifications include a BA in Economics and Mathematics from Middlebury College and prior studies at Deerfield Academy.
