Matt Dysard

Matt Dysard has been the President at Tiffin Metal Products since May 2010. Prior to that, they were the Finishing Department Manager at Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. from December 2009 to May 2010. In that role, they were responsible for all department operations for salaried and union workers, managed budgets, manpower requirements and day-to-day operations, and developed staffing options for optimizing quality and throughput. Matt also worked with Maintenance and Engineering on equipment requirements, down-time reduction and future requirements, and was responsible for safety, quality and output.

Before their time at Cooper Tire & Rubber Co., Matt Dysard was the Director of Purchasing and Logistics at Cooper Kenda Tire Co. in Shanghai, China from September 2006 to December 2009. In that role, they created the Purchasing Organization, Receiving Department and Spare Parts Storeroom in the joint venture, green-field company. Matt also hired and trained a completely Chinese staff, and implemented all practices, policies and operational objectives in order to support construction, equipment ordering, production start-up and continuous plant operations.
