Jane Dell is a Managing Partner and Attorney at Dell Burtis Law, Ltd., an estate planning, elder law, business planning and real estate law firm. She has extensive experience planning and administering estates and trusts, protecting assets from long-term care expenses and transferring farms and businesses from one generation to the next. Dell is also a Licensed Title Agent and Owner of Professional Title Services, Ltd. As a licensed title agent, Dell conducts real estate closings, issues title insurance and advises clients on all legal issues related to buying and selling real property.
In addition to Dell’s legal practice, she serves several community organizations. She is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Tiffin-Seneca Public Library, the Good Shepherd Home and the Mary Lay Home. Dell is a former Board member for the Tiffin Community Foundation and Tiffin Calvert Educational Foundation. She has also served on committees for St. Mary’s Church and was an interviewer for the Georgetown University Alumni Admissions Program.
A graduate of Indiana University Maurer School of Law with a Doctor of Jurisprudence, Dell served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Sarah Evans Barker of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. She also holds a Bachelor of Science from Georgetown University.
