Jing Zhou

Jing Zhou currently serves as the Head of Artificial Intelligence at TIFIN, leading initiatives that leverage AI to enhance investment experiences. Prior to this role, Jing held several key positions at eHealth, Inc., including VP of Data Science, Analytics, and Data Engineering, where leadership of a 45-member team resulted in the development of machine learning products that significantly improved business performance. Jing also expanded the data organization and launched impactful data science products in previous roles, and has a strong background in healthcare-focused machine learning solutions from time at PARC, a Xerox Company. Initial experience began at Xerox as a Senior Research Scientist and Project Lead. Jing holds a PhD in Physics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a BS in Physics from Tsinghua University.
