Jim Bolech

Jim Bolech currently serves as the VP of IT & Business Applications at The Integration Group since June 2025. Prior to this role, Jim held various leadership positions at Constellation Brands from March 2020 to May 2025, including VP IT Solutions Lead for Supply Chain and Operations, Technical Lead for Digital Enablement, and IT Director for the Sales & Distribution Product Line. Jim's experience also includes working as a Business Advisory Service Consultant at Slalom and as a Management Consultant Principal at North Highland, a global consulting firm. Additional roles include Director of Customer Engagements at WhiteLight Group, Principal at CSC, Business Architect at Grosvenor, Application Architect at Constellation Brands, and Manager at Whittman-Hart. Jim holds an MBA in Strategy and Finance from DePaul University's Driehaus College of Business and a degree in Management Information Systems from Northern Illinois University.
