Nora Wahlund is an experienced educator and quality assurance consultant with a diverse professional background. Currently serving as an Elementary School Teacher at Tigard-Tualatin School District since July 2020 and as a Quality Assurance Consultant at Forum One since August 2017, Nora has managed large website redesign projects and developed process management tools with a focus on security and reporting. Tigard-Tualatin School District (TTSD) serves part of the suburban Portland metropolitan area including the cities of Tigard, Tualatin, Durham, and King City, as well as the unincorporated communities of Metzger and Bull Mountain. TTSD provides programming from Pre-school to 12th grade with an emphasis on student achievement, equity, talent, and climate and culture. All K-12 students experience personalized digital learning with a focus on critical thinking, collaboration, communication, and creativity, as well as opportunities to experience, college, career, and technical classes, preparing them for success after high school. TTSD hires and retains staff who are catalysts for learning and who nurture a school community where everyone feels safe, valued, and connected.
