Raymond M. Toth, NAMS-CMS, is an experienced marine consultant and educator with a diverse background in the boating industry. Currently serving as the Canadian Responsible Officer and Importer for multiple companies including Ranger Boats, NauticStar Boats, and Stingray Boats since 2018, Raymond also holds positions as an Adjunct Technical Instructor with the American Boat and Yacht Council and Regional Vice President for the National Association of Marine Surveyors. With extensive experience in compliance inspections, vessel evaluation, and technical consulting, Raymond has worked with organizations such as Swiftsure Vessel Solutions and the New York City Fire Department. Educational credentials include certifications in marine corrosion and electrical systems from the American Boat and Yacht Council, and a degree in Yacht Design from the Westlawn Institute of Marine Technology.
