Alicia Davis

Alicia Davis is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR leadership roles. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Human Resources at Tiger Aesthetics since October 2024, Alicia previously held the position of Sr. Director and Director of Human Resources at Suneva Medical from November 2011 to October 2024. Prior HR management positions include Director of Human Resources at the San Diego Padres, Manager of Human Resources at La Jolla Pharmaceutical Company and Stratatech Corporation, and Human Resources Administrator at Genzyme Genetics. Alicia's expertise encompasses talent acquisition, employee and labor relations, performance management, and the development of HR programs in diverse organizational settings. Alicia holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
