Sanhita Parab

Sanhita Parab is currently working as the Lead- People Operations at Tiger Analytics since October 2021. Prior to this role, Sanhita served as a Senior Associate- Learning and Development at Ugam from August 2019 to October 2021. Sanhita also gained experience as an HR Intern at Aditya Birla Retail Limited in May 2017. In addition, Sanhita worked as a Lecturer at Government Polytechnic Mumbai from June 2015 to November 2015, where Sanhita taught Software Engineering concepts to third-year Diploma students. Sanhita also worked as an HR Business Partner and Management Trainee at 3i Infotech Ltd. from May 2018 to August 2019. Throughout their career, Sanhita excelled in developing learning and development content, conducting lectures, and implementing HR practices to support organizational growth and development.
