Clifford Chetty

Clifford Chetty has a comprehensive work experience in various roles related to architecture and software development. Clifford currently serves as the Director of Architecture and Business Engagement at Tiger Brands. Prior to this, they worked as an Area Architect at Rabobank and as an Architect at The Shoprite Group of Companies. Clifford also held roles such as Senior Enterprise Architect at Emirates NBD, Principal Architect at Dariel, and Senior Architect at IBM. With WesBank, they served as the Lead Enterprise Architect (Digital) and Manager of Solutions Architecture, where they played a key role in implementing agile and cloud-native practices. Before that, they were the Head of Software Development and a Project Manager at Absa Group. Clifford began their career as a Java Developer and later took on the role of Solutions Architect at Absa Group. Clifford has proven expertise in architecture, software development, and leading technology initiatives.

Clifford Chetty obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Management Information Systems, General from the University of Johannesburg in 2010-2011.
