Sharon McGregor

Sharon McGregor has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Sharon most recently worked at Tiger Brands as a People Experience - Culture, DE&I Lead. Prior to that, they worked as an Independent Consultant and Coach. Sharon also had a long tenure at Procter & Gamble, where they held positions such as Country HR Director, HR Business Account Director and Diversity & Inclusion Leader, Customer Logistics & Customer Service Director, and more. Sharon McGregor has a B.Com degree in Marketing Management from the University of Johannesburg, which they completed in 1997. Sharon also holds a B.Com Honours degree in Logistics Management from the same university, completed in 1999.
