Laura McIlveen

Laura McIlveen is a Technical Engineering Manager at Tiger Calcium Services Inc. since February 2020, overseeing staff and projects in Environment, Quality, and Process Engineering. Responsibilities include managing the Environmental Management System and data tracking for regulatory and ESG reporting. Previously, Laura served as a Senior Process Engineer, focusing on engineering design and process improvements for a Calcium Chloride Manufacturing Plant. Prior to this, Laura worked at Techfibre Industries as a Process Engineer, developing innovative products and processes, and at Alberta Innovates - Technology Futures as a Research Engineer and Interim Team Leader. Laura began a career at Archer Daniels Midland as a Production Assistant (Engineer-in-Training) before achieving a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alberta.
