Elizabeth O. is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Tiger Tracks since August 2024. Previously, Elizabeth worked at CivicActions from March 2018 to August 2024, where the role of Talent Acquisition Manager involved managing recruitment operations and contributing to the company's impressive growth, doubling annual revenue from $15 million to over $30 million and tripling the workforce from 45 to over 140 employees.
